Eligibility for Returns:

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and accessories.

You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. The refund process includes the following steps:

Processing Refund: If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used during checkout within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Your original item must be returned first before we can process the exchange.

Note: If the replacement product has a different price , we will notify you of the price difference, which you will need to pay before the replacement product is shipped. If the replacement product has a lower price, we will refund the price difference to you.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a product defect, wrong item sent, or manufacturing error, we will cover the return and exchange shipping costs.

    If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changing one's mind, selecting the wrong size but the product itself is not defective), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. In this case, the customer will also be responsible for the exchange shipping costs.

  • No restocking fees are charged.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund based on your preference.

Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order before shipment, please contact our customer support team immediately. If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, we will waive all handling fees and refund the full amount to your original payment account within 5 business days. Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and any return requests will be subject to our standard return policy.
